About us

My name is Vanda Kelemen. In my practice I can help you deal with and fix spine, shoulder and hip problems. I utilise several physiotherapy and exercise techniques to best suit and aid your recovery, each tailored to your specific situation.

On my blog I cover information (in Hungarian) concerning the therapy techniques I focus on the use of practical ideas to preserve your health.

I believe that even if you have a sedentary job requiring you to be largely seated all day, or you suffer from a chronic illness, you can still lead a lifestyle where your body, mind and soul are in balance.

“I went to Vanda on the insistence of my family – and she helped me to accept that my problems would not go away on their own.  I attended her therapy sessions on a weekly basis for three months and thanks to the special massage, physiotherapy and exercises I had to do at home – I can now get dressed in the morning without help and I can tie my shoelaces. I recommend it to all men, who like me, are headstrong and don’t want to see a doctor, take medication or are afraid of needles!  Physiotherapy and Vanda’s strong, kind but determined personality can work miracles.”

“Thanks to Vanda’s painstaking conscientiousness, I attended her therapy sessions for a year. She was always well prepared and her professionalism and knowledge were fantastic. I could not be more satisfied with the results she achieved for me and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.”

“I was treated for lumbago through the National Health System with physiotherapy, injections, special exercise, and medication. The pain just wouldn’t go away I could hardly move my left leg through muscular cramping. My physiotherapist friend recommended Vanda. Thanks to her determination, treatment, unique exercise therapy and experience, I feel much better now. I still see her regularly and she is providing me a tailor-made program.”

“Weeks after my surgery on my elbow I could barely do anything with my left arm. Simple things –like holding cup- seemed impossible for me even though I went regularly to my dedicated physiotherapist.

By the time I found Vanda I have almost completely given up having a functioning arm ever again.
Vanda however kept encouraging me and paid a lot of attention on how I do the exercises. She noticed all the small details others missed. I was astonished how quickly I learned to do things again with the proper treatment. Today all problems are gone, considering the severity of my injury I have made a perfect recovery, and although I had a very good doctor too, only half of the end result depends on surgery. The other half is the physiotherapy. Vanda is exceptional in my opinion, so if you need a therapist she is the one you want to trust and rely on.”
